One of our Govt. clients in the State of Georgia is looking for Business Analyst to work onsite on a 3 monthly contract basis (The possibility to extend for up to 12 months).

Job Summary:

Level: Advanced.

LOCATION OF WORK:

The worksite for this scope of work is the following location(s):

Division of Children’s Medical Services, Bureau of Early Steps and Newborn Screening

Candidates QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Contractor must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

5.1. Bachelor’s degree in business related field and a minimum of three years’ work experience with Organizational Change Management or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Relevant experience on a year-to-year basis can substitute for specific degree requirement.

5.2. Possess an active Change Management certification (PROSCI, AIM, CCMP, ATD).

5.3. Three to five years of experience leading the implementation of Organizational Change Management (OCM) for an information system implementation

5.4. Three to five years of experience in leading the design and implementation of people, process, or technology organizational change management projects.

5.5. Three to five years of experience in in leading the design, development, delivery, and management of OCM communications.

5.6. Three to five years of experience in advising client(s) in the areas of delivering OCM and building OCM capabilities.

5.7. Three to five years of experience in creating and maintaining products and deliverables related to all aspects of OCM.

5.8. Three to five years of experience in developing and delivering change management, training and communication plans.

5.9. Three to five years of experience in the execution of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

5.10. Three to five years of experience providing professional consulting services to large organizations and complex operations.

5.11. Three to five years of experience in meeting facilitation and documentation.

5.12. Three to five years of experience in developing detailed project documentation and presentations.

CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:

6.1.1. Create and implement an Organizational Readiness Strategy, including OCM work products that support the execution of the organizational readiness as directed by the Department to include, but not limited to:

6.1.1.1. Agency Readiness / Impact Analysis Scorecard

6.1.1.2. Change Champion Plan

6.1.1.3. Organizational Change Readiness Assessment

6.1.1.4. Organizational Readiness Assessment

6.1.1.5. Organizational Readiness Plan

6.1.1.6. Role Mapping Handbook

6.1.1.7. Workforce Transition Plan

6.1.1.8. Business Process Workshop Materials

6.1.1.9. End User Role Mapping Spreadsheet

6.1.1.10. Leading Change Workshops and Individual Change Discussion Guide Template

6.1.1.11. Master Readiness Workplan (MRW)

6.1.1.12. Role Mapping Workshops

6.1.1.13. Agency Sponsor Briefing Materials

6.1.1.14. Stakeholder Assessment

6.1.1.15. Workforce Transition Workshops and Change Impact Template

6.1.2. Create and implement an Organizational Readiness Plan which builds upon the Strategy created in Task 6.1.1. to support the execution of the organizational readiness as directed by the Department.

6.1.3. Develop a Deliverable Expectations Document (DED) for each task as directed by the Department and submit it to the Department’s Contract Manager and the Department’s Project Manager for approval in timeframe directed by the Department.

6.1.4. Manage the execution of all OCM initiatives as directed by the Department.

6.1.5. Provide business analysts services and assistance as requested by the Department.

6.1.6. Weekly, participate in status meetings, project meetings, and stakeholder meetings as directed by the Department.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
