In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Change Management (CM) Lead with all aspects of change management for the Oracle HCM Implementation and Global Deployment. This role will be a direct report to the AVP, HR Change Lead and will be a key member of a highly collaborative global team. As a strategic partner to the Global HCM Product Owner and COEs, this person will work with the CM Lead, Program Manager, Module Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Training Creator and key stakeholders to implement Change Management best practices and will focus on the people side of the transformation.The right candidate will have tenacity and passion to move any impacted audience from the current state to the desired future state as quickly and efficient as possible, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organizational structures, and enablement. They will be relentlessly employee-oriented, viewing our employee populations as our internal customers and engaging accordingly. They will bring deep analysis skills to truly understand our employee populations and demonstrating empathy and human centered design when planning and crafting communications. They will be continually focused on thinking about how to make communications content deeply relevant through creative visualizations, clear messaging and innovative channel utilization.
Experience:
Hands-on change management and communications professional who is passionate about developing and implementing effective change management and communication plans with a focus on employee experience
Energized when you get to develop and execute a thoughtful, human-centric, and robust change management strategy

Experience capturing target population feedback on communications messages and mechanisms, and reacting to continuously improve the crafting of employee-relevant and engaging communications that speak to the target populations’ lived experiences and needs
Draft communications, design promotional materials, prepare/conduct briefings, and help develop training materials for the program workstreams
Manage user facing content prepared by technical and multilingual contributors to ensure quality and simplicity
Conceptualize, coordinate, and prepare presentations for the global HR leadership teams, including the digital employee experience Steering Committee and HR Operating Council as needed
What You Will Do
Under the leadership of the AVP, Change Management and Communications, support the development and execution of a change strategy through communication plans, the design of engagement programs for all identified stakeholders, the creation of assessment tools to measure change readiness and the execution to drive adoption of change
Create and execute communications plans supporting ongoing initiatives and change management needs of our Digital Transformation
Provide a deep level of expertise in effective communication and appropriate channels for communicating to employee populations, leading with a proven approach
Conduct risk analyses, maturity level assessments via stakeholder interviews and review existing processes to identify pain points and gaps
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project phases
Managing many, and sometimes conflicting, perspectives and influencing to ensure alignment of goals and approach
Provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders regarding communication needs and objectives
Active sharing of lessons learned, successful behaviors to scale globally and new external research and trends with the broader team
Engage closely with program management teams and key initiatives to ensure change leadership behavior modeling, change vision, narrative/positioning, change enablement activities, and change strategies are integrated through to delivery, execution, and sustainability
What You Bring
Extended experience in Employee Communications and Change Management
Experience in rapidly establishing credibility, building trusted relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
Experience supporting communications for large, complex culture change projects
Prior engagement around the customer and/or employee experience
Ability to establish credibility and relationships at all levels of the organization
Ability to adapt communication styles across multiple stakeholder groups
Excellent client consulting and partnership skills
Agile process and pragmatic thinking
Builds relationships across functional boundaries - trusted partner and collaborator; seeks to understand potential stakeholder challenges and mitigates them while staying true to skills strategy

Qualifications/Requirements:
Background in communications, consulting, and change management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, Human Resources or other disciplines with relevant work experience
5+ years of change management or strategic communications experience, Big-4 consulting experience desired
Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Demonstrated experience producing organization-wide communications and communication strategies
Analytical skills and the ability to provide insight into project progress
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understood content
Demonstrated client relationship skills working in a dynamic client environment
Frequent collaboration with content owner administrators for user documentation and quality standards
Frequent stakeholder management - includes senior level engagement and influence
In Jersey City, NJ the pay range for the role is $87,500 to $149,500. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
