We are looking for CFSA – SCRUM / Certified Scrum Master (HYBRID) (long term) (Min 11 years of Exp) (Webcam interviews)
POSITION DESCRIPTION

Location: 200 I Street SE, Washington, DC 20003
Immediate interviews –Webcam interviews
Please note that this position is HYBRID.
Candidates are required to work 3 days onsite and 2 days REMOTE from day 1.
Please note that this position requires Scrum Master Certification and candidate must provide a copy of Certification.
CFSA is looking for a qualified SCRUM master. Must be willing to come onsite 3-days a week
•Support New Agile Practitioner: The Scrum Master will be the responsible for supporting the CFSA staff as they learn how to work in an agile methodology. This will be done by coaching and assisting Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts in development of user stories.
Implement Best Practices: The Scrum Master is responsible for creating and onboarding project teams, integrating them into the organization and providing a clear vision of the product. Assist agile teams in efficient implementation and use of AzureDevOps (ADO) to automatically measure and report quality and performance measures to the Program’s Portal. The Scrum Master also facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team. They also monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning.
Keep all Parties on Track and Informed: The Scrum Master hosts daily team meetings to get updates on the progress of the project, address potential roadblocks, and ensure that the project is on track. They also host regular sessions to share updates with product stakeholders about how the project is progressing (or not). Ultimately, it’s a Scrum Master’s job to ensure that the team is meeting deadlines with the desired outcome.
Introduce Agile Engineering Practices: To improve efficiency, Scrum Masters encourage the use of continuous integration (CI) and automation. With CI tools, developers integrate chunks of code into a central repository frequently, from which automated builds and tests run in successive iterations. This repeatable approach reduces the risk, time, and effort associated with traditional development methods.
Provide Oversight of System Integrator Agile Processes: Evaluate agile artifacts and audit processes utilized by system integrator to ensure project implementation will be on-track and on schedule. Provide the program manager with timely metrics and audit outcomes to gauge progress towards quality objectives.
· 11-15 years Software Development Lifecycle experience
· 11-15 years of MS Office/PowerPoint experience
· Tableau Server Administration and Report Development
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
Candidates must have ALL the “Required” skills in order to be considered for the position. “Desired” or “Highly Desired” skills are a PLUS but may NOT be required.
