The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day care of patients regarding their health and wellness, ensuring compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality treatment services and outstanding patient care, one on one care. The CNA participates in the implementation of company initiatives and strategies, ensures compliance with all pertinent company policies and regulatory requirements with a positive can-do attitude! Silver Heights Skilled Nursing follows all CDC infection control guidelines and recommendations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals
Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy
Receiving and escorting visitors
Orienting and mentoring new nursing assistants
Maintaining linens, supplies, and equipment
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
Office/business operation skills
Effective Communication skills
Excellent customer service and people skills (including one-on-one interaction and group environment)
Proven organization and attention to detail
Demonstrated computer skills
Required license or certification:

Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (Required)
High School Diploma or GED

Salary: $18.50 to $24.00 /hour D.O.E

Located just 30 miles south of Denver and 37 miles north of Colorado Springs.
