Daytime: 7 patients/residents per nursing assistant
Evening: 9.5 patients/residents per nursing assistant
PAY RATE
- $21.00 (newly licensed) - $35.53 (licensed for 30+ years)
- $1.50 differential pay for all hours from Friday @ 2pm to Monday @ 6am
- Baylor pays for two double shifts (one shift must be a weekend double)
Our pay scale is based on the number of years licensed. Nursing Assistants not yet licensed start at $19.00 and must get licensed within four months of hire. Pay is increased to $21 immediately after your license is obtained.
SIGN ON BONUS
The sign-on bonus is for full-time employees only (30+ hours). All CNAs who start part-time or on-call are eligible for a bonus 90 days after transitioning to full-time.
- $3000.00 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year

Day Shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm)
- Fri & Sat (16 hours)
- Sat (8 hours)
Evening Shift (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm)
- Mon - Fri (40 hours)
- Tues - Thur (24 hours)
- Tues & Wed (16 hours)
NOCs (10:00 pm to 6:30 am)
- Sun - Th (40 hours)
- Thur - Mon (40 hours)
- Mon, Tue & Fri (24 hours)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of Oregon, or
- Completion of CNA course certification (must get OSBN licensed within four months of hire)
- Communicates well with nurses, patients/residents, and families
- Resolves problems & works cooperatively with others in a professional manner
