Accura HealthCare of Stanton, a 46-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Stanton, IA, is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to join our team. Utilizing your culinary and customer service skills, you will cultivate your team while ensuring quality assurance, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction are top priorities.CURRENT NEEDS: Full-time (Monday-Friday); willingness to obtain CDM certification
- Accura HealthCare of Stanton will pay for the education required to obtain CDM.
Job Summary: The Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) oversees operation of the Dietary Department to include staffing, food ordering, preparation, food delivery and sanitation in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, resident care plans and appropriate regulations. Responsible for directing various duties in and around the kitchen, promotes and demonstrates excellence in customer service and safety.
Qualifications:
- CDM certification or willingness to obtain certification and/or other state specific requirements.
- Restaurant leadership experience, especially within the healthcare industry, will help you thrive in this role.
- Able to interact professionally, positively, and collaboratively with Dietician/Nutritionist and team members.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
