Job description
- Job responsibilities include achieving sales goals, negotiating with customers and keeping positive customer relationship.
- Process daily inventory through the company POS.
- Understand POS software and process different forms of payment.
- Start new activations, troubleshoot problems, and work as cashier.
- Help troubleshoot customer wireless device.
- Provide customer technical assistance including setting up newly purchase phones.
