Job Description:
- Build new catering business which includes identifying potential catering opportunities and building potential customer relationships.
- Maintain existing catering relationships, while constantly improving our level of service.
- Work closely with Kitchen Leadership Team on fulfillment of all catering orders.
- Fulfill every catering order with the Chick-fil-A standard of operational excellence: taste, order accuracy, timeliness, and attentive & courteous service.
- Resolve guest concerns, complaints or issues promptly, competently and courteously.
- Assist with Front and Back of House Operations, as needed.
