Clopay Corporation is the nation's largest manufacturer of garage doors and industrial and commercial sectional doors.
We have an excellent opportunity for a Cash Applications Specialist at our Clopay headquarters in Mason, OH.
Responsibilities/Principal Duties:
Responsible for the timely & accurate data processing of cash applications using established departmental procedures.
Research and resolve issues, reconciling all applications to completion.
Contact with customers/credit department/distribution centers about payment details, as required.
Investigate non-typical transactions or account balances.
Ensure compliance with established controls and policies.
Complete special various duties as required by Manager.
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:
High school diploma required
Two (2) years experience with a basic knowledge related to Cash Applications.
Oracle experience is a plus.
Must have excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to process large volumes of paperwork accurately and timely.
Good organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and coordinating paperwork for processing following established departmental procedures.
Two (2) years experience with basic knowledge related to payables.
