Sensaria is the world’s foremost producer of grand and large-format digital graphics. We are an industry leader in creating innovative products for wall decor, art reproduction, and the professional photography and art communities. Our combined 600k+ square feet of manufacturing facilities across the United States house over 180 grand and large format digital printers, custom automated finishing equipment, and coating capabilities to produce printed recyclable materials up to 16 ft. wide. Our prepress department processes more than 50,000 files per day with the aid of proprietary software automation tools. We operate around-the-clock, 7 days a week to deliver extraordinary customer service, and print over 400 million square feet of material annually. We specialize in industry leading innovations accompanied by world-class service.
We are seeking an energetic and professional AR- Cash Application Manager – Sensaria. The AR- Cash Application Manager will be responsible for ensuring collaborative and effective communication between A/R invoicing group, cash application specialists and collections to accurately complete and improve processes for fast paced, high volume receivables. Ensure effective workflow and handle/support a broad range of accounting department duties, not limited to: daily cash application, reconciliations, customer agings, training and oversight of cash application specialists, and reports to management. Supervisory tasks involving cash applications specialists. Special projects as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
CASH APPLICATION:
- Process high volume incoming payments from multiple sources (lockbox, wires, credit, ACH, etc.)
- Maintain and manage customer accounts as needed.
- Match deductions (short pays) with available back up and remittance advice and post per defined procedures
- Research overpayments and credit memos for application
- Works with customer accounts payable to research duplicate payments and remittance advice
- Remote deposit any checks not received at the lockboxes.
- Create deposit of daily deposits in SAP
- Import and apply credit card transactions.
- Reconcile payments to invoices for credit card transactions.
- Address and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Oversee collections of accounts receivable and utilize team to improve days sales outstanding KPIs.
SUPERVISION:
- Manage cash application specialists and collections team including but not limited to hiring, training and supervising work.
- Work with the Controller to facilitate training and cross training. Ensure efficient workflow and work distribution to meet deadlines.
- Work with Controller to provide positive climate for supportive working relationships.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT:
- Work with IT team and SAP consultants to drive process improvement and automation to scale.
- Assist department in full scale consolidation of merchant processors and portals into Braintree.
- Attend collections and AR meetings on a weekly basis to continually improve communication and process improvement cross-departmentally.
- Improve days sales outstanding collection efforts to optimize liquidity for the organization.
- Continually document and update SOPs for training and company records
- Help integrate processes and accounting into Circle Graphics systems when acquisitions of new companies occur.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education, training, and experience:
- High School diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum four to six years’ experience in Cash Application
- SAP experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities preferred:
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP)
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable Process required.
- Must have working knowledge of general accounting procedures and processes including GAAP.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of people in a team environment required.
- Must demonstrate initiative to solve issues independently, consistently, and professionally.
- Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
- Strong communications skills written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel (advanced), Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work effectively and in cooperation with various departments and customers.
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and effectively meet deadlines.
- Ability to produce timely, accurate, reliable, and relevant information.

- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule form.
- Requires occasional scheduled hours on holidays and weekends.
Hiring Range: $83,100 - $100,600 DOE.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
