Case Manager
Location: Venice, CA 90291
Shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm includes a 30 min break
Duration: 4 months (Possible extension)
Pay rate: Maximum $45/hr. on W2
Note: Candidate should be fully vaccinated with booster dose.

Required:
- Comfortable with and has experience speaking with patients, comfortable and respectful in asking patients about their personal information.
- 1 yr. Exp in case management.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking strongly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
