HIRING BONUS!Are you patient, reliable, and passionate about helping others? Our Caregivers are sidekicks for individuals with developmental disabilities for participating in community and social activities. Do you like to be active during the day and grab a coffee at DD, go bowling, volunteer at local organizations, or walk around the track at the community center? If so, join us and be a part of expanding opportunities that enrich the lives of people with disabilities. A typical day will start at 8 am by getting your assignment for the day and then heading off to pick up your individuals in either Sullivan County or lower Grafton County, grabbing a coffee, and participating in an activity. You may have lunch with peers and their individuals and then on to an afternoon activity. Once you drop off your individuals in the afternoon, you return to the office for daily paperwork. Your days are limited only by your imagination! Part-time and full-time schedules are available.
We require a High School diploma or equivalent as well as reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver's license. Mileage is reimbursed. Excellent interpersonal skills and basic computer skills are necessary. This role is a stepping-stone into a human services career. Come join us!
