CARING PARTNERS is a non-profit care management organization that works in partnership with the primary organizations that serve children and families in Morris and Sussex Counties. The primary goal of CARING PARTNERS is to maintain children with severe emotional and behavioral challenges, developmental disabilities and/or substance abuse issues safely at home, in school and in the community by providing support, education, and advocacy and by connecting children and families to the needed services and resources. Caring Partners believes in working with families in a strength-based manner, and believes that children are best served in their homes or communities using natural supports.

The Care Manager develops partnerships with families and coordinates their care with other system partners. He/she facilitates team process used to build on family and community strengths in order to address family needs. The Care Manager Develops and implements crisis plans. He/she must be energetic and a creative team player. Excellent compensation and employee benefits.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus two years of related experience. It also requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities would be an asset. Candidates must have excellent communication, organizational and assessment skills. Bilingual would be a plus.
