Job Responsibilities
Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve performance
Manage, train, and direct a team of Sales Consultants
Actively support, encourage, and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high moral
Exhibit a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate future leads
Support other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership
Provide dealer with accurate floor traffic control data daily
Assist Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed
Use CRM tool to manage the sales-force
Maintain knowledge of and comply with laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales.
Job Requirements
Strong background in automotive sales
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds, Promax, and Dealer Track preferred but not required
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software/internet proficiency
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $145,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
