Cannabis Educator responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Knowledge of Leaflogix
• Knowledge of Metrc
• Provides great customer service skills
• Proven retail experience
• Stays compliant and up to date with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Able to work with technology while taking orders
• Following all employee handbook policies and procedures. As well as all SOP’s
• Clean throughout the dispensary daily to keep a clean environment
• Knowledgeable about all products within the dispensary.
• Skilled in product presentation skills, high desire to exceed customer expectations

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in a retail environment, fast pace with frequent change.
• Being a team player
• Strong communication and attendance skills
• Detail oriented with high personal standards
• Adherence to scheduling is a critical expectation
• Obligated to come to work with a professional appearance
• Being able to bend/stand for long periods of time
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology
• Upbeat attitude, with a willingness to exceed customers expectations
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work nights and weekends
