Position Summary:

As a CAC Inbound Representative, you must be confident, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. You must also be a team-oriented person who is open minded and willing to learn and who has the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment. It is also vital for your role as an Inbound Customer Care Representative that you are articulate with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to easily establish rapport with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide world-class customer service to the La Senza customers.
• Answer inbound calls from customers while accurately keying the corresponding information into the ordering system.
• Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous friendly manner using procedures learned during new-hire training and/or previous customer service experience.
• Upsell our products that benefit the customer and add revenue to the order.
• Maintain company and customer confidentiality.
• CAC Inbound Representatives may also be trained to work with customers through Email and Live Chat.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications
• Punctuality and consistent work attendance
• Customer Service and Call Center experience a plus
