Capital Management Services is looking to add two new on-site Leaders to our team for our Amherst location. Leaders are responsible for overseeing all aspects of call center duties for those on their team.

Most of all, they help to develop their team through various means such as, but not limited to: one-on-one coaching, compliance and client training, and monitoring as a means to build their skills.

Leaders will assist employees in meeting production requirements through, building files, working accounts, and other duties as assigned.

Those with leadership experience in the collections industry are strongly encouraged to apply!

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year experience in leadership as a Supervisor or Above.
• Strong knowledge of either 1st party or 3rd party collections.
• Excellent PC Skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $21 / hr
• Shift: 1PM-10PM Monday - Friday (One Saturday per Month)
