Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as a consultant to the Administrator regarding the business management of the facility.
- Serves as liaison between the facility and the corporate office to resolve any problems, concerns, complaints, and changes that occur.
- Performs business office functions in all areas including, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, resident trust accounts, Human Resources, and Payroll.
- Keeps abreast of all laws and regulations dealing with Medicare and Medicaid
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- Effective communication skills
