CTL Engineering is seeking an experienced Business Office Representative to join our team.
CTL Engineering is a full-service consulting engineering firm, which provides environmental, geotechnical, construction administration & inspection, accident reconstruction, roofing/building envelope, and specialized testing services to the construction industry.

Do you excel at building long-term, consultative relationships with clients? Do you have experience selling to the AEC services industry? Are you wanting to work for a leader in their industry? If you answered yes, we want to speak to you!
Territory includes An already well-established book of clients in Central, Western, Northwestern, and Southwestern Ohio.
To be considered, you will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, Engineering, or Construction Management or equivalent experience and education.
- 10+ years of business development and sales in the engineering/construction services field in Ohio.
- Strong knowledge of the AEC industry and prior experience selling to a variety of markets including Healthcare, Transportation, Water, Wastewater Infrastructure, Aviation, Energy, and Schools.
- Proven Track record of creating and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a strong ability to achieve agreed-upon contract and proposal generation goals.
- Strong ability to negotiate, develop, and close new business.
- Prior experience using CRM and other sales tools to generate and close deals.
