Job Description
As a Business Development Representative, you will be integral part of the Sales Team at Holland Roofing. This role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the National Account Managers. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work with the VP of Sales to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills
- Motivated to work as an integral member of the team to meet and exceed goals.
- MS Office user. Social media platform maven. CRM entry
- Excellent communication skills. Written, verbal and telephone.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to Think outside the box
- Competitive spirit and motivated self-starter
- Demonstrated leadership ability in personal or professional endeavors
- A career interest in sales, business development, marketing, or entrepreneurship. Ability to identify and cultivate potential client relationships.
