Job Description:

As part of our team, you will:

• Fulfill customer policy change requests promptly and accurately
• Cross-sell Allstate products to existing clients, broadening their coverage
• Handle incoming claim calls with empathy and professionalism
• Exceed the expectations of current and prospective clients
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, prospects, and your network
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure high client retention and product loyalty

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

• A driven, resilient self-starter with exceptional customer service skills
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding goals in a high-volume sales environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner, adept at adapting to new technologies
• Proficient in multitasking, follow-through, and follow-up
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Diligent and committed to meeting clients' needs
• Some college coursework is preferred but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Licensing Requirements:

• Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a property and casualty insurance license (we'll provide training for the right candidate!)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
