THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking an accomplished
Business Development Director for new Enterprise Accounts
. With an already established track record of success, this role will be vital in continued building of our storied reputation with introductory portfolio accounts that will be cultivated & developed. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy the thrill of the hunt for new clients for a proven commodity & service.
This role has a competitive base pay along with a
NO CAP
bonus incentive!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of new account development experience (Must be a Hunter)
- Highly proficient user of CRM platforms & New Business Development Research Tools such as ZoomInfo & LinkedIn Enterprise
- Enterprise Account experience (Midsize - Fortune 500)
- Managed a $10M+ Truckload Transportation Sales portfolio
- Established customer contacts in intermediate services.
- Possess a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Seasoned in relationship building
- Attention to detail & a sense of urgency for customer concern
- Broad functional experience in:
- 1) Lead Generation
- 2) Cold Calling
- 3) Account Development
- 4) Competitive analysis
- 5) Customer KPI review
- 6) Client Driven Relationship Building
- 7) Scope Identification
- 8) Strategic Development
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop a strategic sales plan for new client development
- Establish relationships with new clients
- Competitive analysis and research
- Develop account strategy for revenue expansion
- Coordination and execution of account pricing strategies with Rates Department
- Create a future opportunities roadmap for account
- Meet with prospective customers to discuss viable opportunities in an effort to understand their business needs
- Effectively follow process for documentation in CRM Sales tools for maximum penetration and efficiency
- Cultivate new relationships with client executives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain sales and/or account management experience
- Experienced in new business sales and development
- Experience as a superior relationship builder
HIGHLY BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- CRM utilization experience
- Book of business with established customer portfolio
- Sales research tools such as ZoomInfo utilization experience
- Local to DFW area however Remote/Hybrid is available for the right candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics or supply chain
