What You'll Do
Product Ops “PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Platforms and Tools” team owns run the business activities and leads transformation for detailed process execution and next generation PLM for Supply Chain.

You will support run the business operations activity and also drive cross-functional key initiatives working with PLM process owners, subject matter authorities and IT. You will ensure key solutions from these initiatives meet business needs, align with industry standards. You will define quantifiable metrics to measure benefits, define baseline and target metrics based on the solution. You will build project plan and ensure it delivers the desired outcome and goals. You will help develop and refine content for leadership presentations, working with leads within the organization.

Who You Are

We are looking for a highly motivated business analyst who will support business operations as well as drive creative transformation and execution. You will apply program/project management skills to build plans for the solutions to ensure they are operationally ready and completed in a timely manner. You will provide high level as well as detailed project status presentations and dashboards to leadership teams.

You will be in an upbeat, fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills, focus and attention to detail.

Who You'll Work With

In this role, you will work with partners from Product Operations, and various organization within and outside Supply Chain. You will work with business authorities, process owners, as well as IT experts to support cross functional initiatives.

Our Minimum Requirement
  • 5+years of experience, with 3+years in supply chain
  • A Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Tools and Platform operations. Relevant Product Life Cycle experience is a must. Master’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Operations Management is preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills including written, verbal, and listening skills at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work with multi-functional teams, including business and IT
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to empower and encourage others
  • Strong sense of ownership and integrity
  • Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes
  • Operates with a sense of urgency and is eager to learn and apply new methods and standard methodologies

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
