Business Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204
Description:

• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Required 3 Years
• Participate in sprint planning sessions, backlog refinements, daily Scrums and retrospectives. Facilitate if needed Required 3 Years
• Working knowledge of Payroll over PeopleSoft HCM is a must
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, JIRA and Confluence
• Proven working experience as a business systems analyst or member of a SCRUM team.
• The ability to collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors
• Experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions
• The ability to accurately define and capture project requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience writing use cases
• Experience supporting the business in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience implementing business analysis techniques.
• Experience with various project life cycles and methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, project management, etc.)
• Experience executing project life cycle from end to end and involvement in all phases of project life cycle
• Experience facilitating user requirements sessions
• Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Visio and/or standard software applications typically used in a corporate office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Jefferson City, MO 65109: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
