We are looking for an experienced Brunch Chef to help us prepare our new weekend Brunch Menu. Base hourly pay will depend on experience and include tips!
Schedule will be set: Thursday and Friday from Noon until 8pm for prepwork and assisting the dinner rush on the hotline as needed. Saturday and Sunday will be a set schedule of 9am until 4pm to cook brunch.
A little bit about us: Addie's Stone-Fired pizza is a new, locally-owned restaurant and is a sister concept to Whiskey Bear's new location in Beaumont. We make so much more than artisan stone fired pizzas. We have amazing apps, salads, and pastas.

JOB TITLE - Line Cook / Prep Cook
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced line cook to join our team.
All applicants will be cross-trained to effectively work at each station (prep cook, line cook, salad cook, pizza prep/cook, and restaurant cashier)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prep Cook - prepping and portioning food
- Line Cook - working the fryer and range/griddle
- Keeping work area clean
- Washing dishes when necessary
- Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning kitchen workstations
Skills & Experience Required:
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and continue learning
- Punctual and dependable - must show up on time for scheduled shifts
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to stay calm and collected in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Work well as part of a team
- Enjoy serving others
- Knowledge of Toast point of sales system a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid Lexington-Fayette County Food Handlers Card required
- Valid Beverage Service Certification required
- Must be at least 18 years old
Pay & Benefits:
- $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience PLUS TIPS! (usually an additional $2 to $4 per hour)
