Brokerage Coordinator St. Augustine

OVERVIEW

This position will work as part of a team, but also work individually with each Brokerage Director and should have a grasp of protection products, such as whole life, term, and disability income insurance, in addition to fixed annuities. The position is a hybrid one requiring in-office attendance in St Augustine, FL.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with Brokerage Directors on case designs and running illustrations.
• Tracking and processing of new business.
• Developing marketing content and driving social media postings.
• Contracting and onboarding of new brokers.
• Assisting with Client Service Model for current brokers.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• Grasp of core products – Whole Life insurance, Term Life insurance, Disability Income insurance, and fixed annuities.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task/assignments.
• Excellent customer-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance that promotes a positive image for the agency.
• Hight attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

SALARY: Compensation dependent on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
