Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The Breakfast Attendant's responsibilities include setting up and clearing the meal service and ensuring the buffet remains fully stocked at all times. You should also be able to address customers' questions and complaints in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Setting up the breakfast buffet before mealtime and assisting in the teardown and clean up following breakfast

Ensuring the breakfast buffet remainjs well-stocked at all times

Providing customers with condiments upon request

Keeping tables clean as our guests finish their dining

Resolving customers' questions and complaints

Ensuring customers' vacate the restaurant by the close of meal service

Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping the floors after each meal service
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service

Must be able to work early morning shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to pass certification from health department if required / knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Experience: Prior food handling experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and verbal communication skills
- Attentive to detail
- Friendly, service-driven disposition
- Ability to work morning shifts during the week, weekends and holidays.
