ActionLink is hiring a Full Time Brand Ambassador - Sales Rep. to represent TCL(r) and their line of Smart TVs and Sound Bars in area Best Buy, Target, and Wal-Mart stores. You will be responsible for growing TCL brand awareness and driving sales by training retail store personnel, promoting advocacy towards TCL products, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

TCL Brand Advocates are experts that effectively create high-quality service environments to generate a differentiating experience for customers. The ideal candidate is well-versed in consumer electronics technology, skilled at presenting product knowledge, and has a strong entrepreneurial drive towards achieving sales goals.

Duties:

  • Execute dedicated sales strategies during visits to engage customers and increase product sales
  • Provide exciting customer interactions and engaging product demonstrations to identify home theater products that fit each customers' unique needs
  • Conduct energizing and informative training sessions for all retail associates to help further drive product knowledge and sales
  • Down stock products, build bulk stack displays, and maintain pricing and promotional signage
  • Document and communicate feedback about merchandising support needs and potential areas for improvement
  • Actively participate in team and client-held meetings and conference calls as requested by program management
  • Complete daily required data reporting

ActionLink offers the following:

  • The range for this position is $39,520 to $43,680 per year commensurate with experience
  • Quarterly bonus opportunity up to $4,500 per quarter based on performance
  • .65 cents/mile + hr rate

Experience and skills needed to be successful:

  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in sales or retail training environment
  • Knowledge in consumer electronics, Smart TVs, and or home theater systems is a plus!
  • Proven ability to present training materials and product information to individuals and groups
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with ability to influence and motivate others
  • Ability to troubleshoot Smart TVs and displays and identify solutions

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Full Time availability - Able to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
  • Ability to drive to locations throughout your territory or region
  • Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Occasional overnight travel to attend special events or sales meetings using a personal vehicle or by plane if necessary
