Job description
Energy Partners Branch Manager will provide and is accountable for the day to day operations of the company in their location. The Branch Manager will oversee employees within their location in creating a culture of teamwork. The Manager will also direct and coordinate the Energy & Operation's Business Plan, Marketing Program, and Risk Management Program.

General Job Requirements:
Be familiar with company policies, rules, regulations, procedures and adhere to Energy Partners Handbook. Oversee, monitor and enforce all company policies and procedures. Must demonstrate honesty, integrity, confidentiality, dependability, and flexibility along with initiative and motivation to organize and complete tasks. Perform duties and assignments, and conduct self in such a manner as to reflect good credit on Energy Partners. A professional appearance is important along with excellent skills in customer relations with the ability to work as a team member. Cultivate and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions. Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation regulations in their state of residency is required with the following endorsements: air brakes, hazardous materials, tanker. Class A Commercial Driver’s License is preferred.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Grow and develop sales markets and distribution opportunities. Purchase propane products. Manage team through training, clear job assignment definition and explanation, timely correction of deficient performance, and providing effective rewards and develop opportunities to all employees. Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events. Educate customers on the proper operation, maintenance and safety of appliances and gas equipment. Operate Energy Partners company vehicles and equipment in a safe and efficient manner at all times. Promotes use of LP gas by suggesting additional uses to customers and relating the quality, service and dependability of Energy Partners products and services. Maintains and repairs Energy Partners owned equipment. Available for night, weekend, and holiday after-hour emergency calls. Performs any other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements: (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree, with 5 plus years of energy sales and /or management experience preferred. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and One Drive. Ability to work extended hours as needed. Valid driver’s license. Class A/B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements Propane Experience Preferred
