Full Job Description
Engineering firm seeks part time bookkeeper with Construction Office experience and competencies:
- 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping with small businesses.
- 3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, highly ethical, self-directed, and results-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Desire to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Experience with Microsoft office (Word and Excel) suite is a must.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
- QuickBooks: 3 years (required)
- Bachelor’s (preferred)
