Reports To: VP of Finance

Are you looking for a dynamic role and company to grow with? Moxie is looking to expand their team and add another superstar! The Bookkeeper will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as maintaining the general ledger, reporting, accounts payable, expense management, and other finance functions as needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes monthly books.
• Perform accounts payable functions such as verifying and/or completing payment of invoices and ensuring payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
• Responsible for assisting with expense management.
• Maintain knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
• Performs other related duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, High school or GED required and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of accounting experience, 4-7 years preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Quickbooks experience required
• Bill.com experience preferred
• Divvy expense management preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
