So you like spreadsheets? Numbers? Relationships? We are looking for a bookkeeper who will bring a positive outlook and work ethic, as well as someone who enjoys being part of a team. We work with a lot of clients, so we want to have someone who is knowledgeable and enjoys getting things done!

Qualified candidates will have the knowledge and desire to meet the skills required for the position.

• Bookkeeping skills

• Organization of invoices, receipts, statements, financial documents
• Reconciliation of accounts (bank, credit card, investment accounts)
• Support of month-end and year-end closing processes
• Accounts receivable & accounts payable
• Business and efficiency skills

• Comprehensive, fast, and accurate data entry
• Highly capable of analyzing financial data and quickly creating accurate reports
• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
• Experience with Microsoft office products
• Experience with QuickBooks desktop and online (other accounting software a plus!)
• Other reporting skills

• Payroll, payroll tax deposits, compilation and filing of quarterly payroll tax returns
• State Sales Tax preparation
• Assist in preparation of financial statements

The bookkeeper may be required to work in our Incline Village office one or more times a week and visit clients who work within their own homes. Must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to be bonded.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
