Rose Tea Lounge is a boba tea shop located in Fremont, CA looking for dedicated Crew Members to join our team. We are currently hiring for Back of House Boba Cooks. We offer flexible schedules and work with school and/or second jobs when scheduling. 18+ preferred

While we appreciate any and all interest in our Barista positions, we are currently only hiring for Boba Cooks.

Requirements

• Required to work 4 days per week, including a weekend availability
• Must be 18 or older to apply
• Must be able to adapt to changes and improvements made
• Must be able to carry 50 lbs

Back of House (Boba Cooks)

• Prepare all teas and relevant drink ingredients
• Prepare boba throughout the duration of the shift
• Restock any Front of House needs throughout shift
• Restock and maintain a clean work environment
• Ensure health and safety protocols are being followed
• Clean and sanitize regularly
• Commitment to excellent service
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Occasionally help with receiving orders and processing payment methods
• Must receive inventory and put away large boxes

Pay Starting At: $16.50 / hr + tips

Shift Lead Pay Starting at: $18.50 / hr + tips (must undergo regular crew member training first)
