Connect n Care is a growing behavioral health organization, catered to providing stellar Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children in home, with a diagnosis of Autism spectrum disorder. We are currently seeking experienced FULL TIME Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team and create change in the lives of others! This current position has room for potential further growth and promotion in the company with great perks.

As our BCBA, key responsibilities include:

* Conduct functional and skill based assessments (Familiarity with a variety of clinical assessment including Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.)

* Customize treatment plans to address the child’s deficits based on assessment results.

* Work effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents in the home setting

* Direct and effectively manage and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians

* Organize, review, and maintain data collection for programs

* Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary

* Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills

* Collaborate with other team members

* Address multiple deficits including:

o Language acquisition

o Functional communication training

o Functional assessment

o Social skills training

o Daily living skills

o Skills for independent living

o Decreasing maladaptive behaviors

o Community safety skills

o Toilet training

o Executive function training

Qualifications:

* Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

* Minimum 2 years experience working with the ASD population

* At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience

* Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs

* Experience with various assessment tools

* Strong leadership skills

* Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
