· Physical Requirements - Requires repetitive manual and finger dexterity and eye- hand coordination; requires the ability to use all office equipment; and the ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds using appropriate body mechanics.

· Pressure Factor- This position may require employees to adapt to a frequently changing environment, including handling and de-escalating incidents. This position will interact with individuals who are intellectually and developmentally delayed, may be frail, confused, and at times engage in verbal or physical aggression. Accordingly, it is sometimes necessary to deal with unpleasant situations with the need to problem solve. Working conditions may be noisy with fluctuating indoor temperatures.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):
· Adhere to weekly schedule expectations: availability and willingness to work 40 hours per week during core hours, which typically fall between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday through Friday, but may fluctuate depending on the needs of the organization, program, or caseload present; at least 62.5% billable (25 hours); not eligible to bill line tier.
· Participate in performance management system, inclusive of feedback surveys/checklists.
· Monitor and assist with scheduling of all direct reports.
· Timely submission of timesheets and billing.
· Implement behavior plans and data collection with high levels of treatment integrity.
· Provide modeling and training on behavior plans to staff and caregivers as directed by supervisor(s).
· Adhere to ethical standards outlined by Array and the governing board (BACB).
· Receive and deliver feedback in a constructive manner.
· Participate in practitioner development opportunities.
· Maintain credentials/certifications required for position and all related responsibilities.
· Support/mentor/coach BLTs/BTIs/BTIIs/LBTs/BCaBAs as directed by supervisor(s) or as needed.
· Identify, develop, and address area-specific needs (i.e. training, team-building, staffing, materials)
· Follow and exemplify Array’s vision, mission, and values.

Minimum Requirements:
· BCBA Certification
· Master’s degree or higher in behavioral, social services, or related field.
· Nationally certified as a “Board Certified Behavior Analyst” (BCBA), or certified/licensed in accordance with state requirements.
· Must possess a valid Driver’s License from the state in which you reside, maintain a clean driving record, and proof of insurance per Array insurance guidelines.
· Must pass a motor vehicle record (MVR), background check, and other screening per Company requirements.
· Meets BACB requirements to supervise other behavior analytic practitioners.
· Must have consistent access to reliable transportation that will allow for quick response should there be an emergency during your shift, and so you can commute to appointments.
· Two or more years’ experience providing ABA services preferred.
· Experience with children and adults, clinic-based and community-based service delivery preferred.
· Skills in conducting thorough informal and formal assessments, developing behavior plans, and coordinating and monitoring service efficacy.
This position is responsible for working as a direct therapist, as well as performing some indirect work. Conducting clinical behavior assessments and creating individualized treatment plans, programming, analytic therapy sessions in the home, community, or clinic environments and/or providing oversight to behavior technicians. Participating in and holding meetings with potential clients.
