The BMW Service Lane Manager is responsible for all operations within the Automotive Shop and Service Drive and for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while working closely with the Service Manager and team.

Requirements:

• Must have Dealership Service Lane Manager experience to be considered

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently.

• Supervise and direct service lane employees.

• Identify any critical customer issues and develop a plan of action for the day,

• Identify any unusual parts or manufacturer issues and assist the Team Leaders with taking the appropriate steps to ensure expedited repairs.

• Working with the TSMs and Team Leaders, ensure that there is a job in every technician’s bay at the beginning of the shift

• Review each team’s forecast vs. actual and help each team leader develop a production plan that will keep the team on track to produce the desired production hours.
