DURATION: 10/24/2022-10/26/2022

SHIFT TIMINGS AND DURATION OF THE SHIFT: MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:00 AM 4:30PM

JOB DESCRIPTION

With direct supervision, the Billing Processor 1 is responsible for processing and maintaining internal computer systems enrollment and membership records related to the qualifications for coverage. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding eligibility/enrollment and maintain membership records.

  • Processes enrollment and eligibility changes from members and/or internal reports
  • Produces rate quotations
  • Calculates premium adjustments
  • Responds to member requests via phone, mail, fax and email
  • Reviews member applications for accuracy
  • Assists call center as needed
  • Achieves all quality goals
  • Achieves all production goals
