Job Responsibilities

As part of our Accounting Team, you will play a key role in the management of our business. You will work with our operations and customers to assure accurate and timely billing/collections. You will collaborate with other teams to process invoices and cash applications, as well as with the Controller to manage the administration side of our company.

Your specific areas of responsibility will include:

· Post customer payments and any cash receipts daily

· Review, create and post billing invoices for revenue

· Communicate internally as well as directly with customers to resolve any AR issues

· Evaluate credit limits for customers

· Maintain sales exemption certificate and apply accurate sales tax

· File sales tax returns monthly, quarter, or annually

· Process reconciliation, cash application, chargebacks, and write-offs with management approval

· Assis in monthly/yearly end closings

Job Requirements

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Billing and Receivable specialist. Accounting or Finance bachelor degree needed. It is important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a multi-cultural team environment.

Additional qualifications for the role include:

· Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

· Microsoft Dynamics is plus

· 3+ years of experience in AR and billing.

· Ability to manage details, appreciate complexity, and engage in problem solving.

· Highly skilled in Excel and Adobe

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
