• Modern office setting

• Assist Loan Officer as needed
• Assist in collection missing documentation for completion of loan file from borrowers
• Work with the Processor to collect documentation to clear Loan Officer conditions
• Update Loan Officer on status of conditions and copy Loan Officer on correspondence and requests for documentation
• Ordering verification of employment (VOE) and calculate income
• Collects customer documentation necessary to complete the loan transaction, such as income documentation, asset statements and initial disclosures documents
• Stack file for processing
• Assists loan originators with preapprovals and loan structuring.
• Assists loan originators with loan pricing options/support and managing lock expiration dates.
• Perform basic office functions including, taking phone calls, scheduling meetings for loan officer, making copies, and following up with clients
• Able to comply with the policies and procedures outlined in the Company Handbook
• Perform other duties as assigned
• A successful LOA has current product knowledge of loan programs and will be able to communicate loan requirements with customers, processors and loan officers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,800.00 - $36,000.00 per year

• Mortgage: 1 year (Preferred)
