We need to hire two Bilingual Business Developers to work in our BEAUTIFUL Miami dealership to respond to inbound leads (no cold calling) to communicate and follow-up with customers (potential, new, and returning) resulting in successful appointments being made. Applicants should be personable and professional with excellent communication and customer service skills. YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL with excellent daily training and support from our management team!

Responsibilities - Business Developer:
- Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries and set appointments
- Ensure potential customers are aware of special promotions
- Make appointment confirmation calls and reschedule missed appointments
- Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of our products
- Perform other related duties
Qualifications - Business Developer:
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) is required
- Call center experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- General computer skills and advanced typing abilities
- Experience using customer management software
- A friendly professional that's self-motivated to succeed
