• Master's Degree, certification, and licensure.
• Must be Board Certified.
• Experience in providing behavior services for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Disabilities, and other Behavior Disorders.
• Experience in an educational environment or setting.
• Experience working with families for family training, home visits, and/or supervision of home programs.
• Experience with the IEP process, IEP development, and implementation preferred.
• Experience intervening in severe behavioral crises including Non -Violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention.

• Provide direct support and consultation to classroom teams on behavior reduction, and classroom management as part of a Behavior Intervention Plan.
• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans, as needed.
• Provide initial and ongoing training to staff on principles of applied behavior analysis.
• Provide family support and consultation through home visits and/or school conferences.
• Provide modeling, support, and clear expectations in crisis intervention.
• Participate as a member of IEP and IFSP team meetings for targeted students.
• Serve as a resource to the Director of Special Education, Supervisors of Special Education, and other staff as appropriate.
• Respond effectively to parent, school staff, and administrator concerns.
• Provision and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
• Other duties as required by the school administration.
