What we are looking for:

• Bartender drink-making experience. (Fine dining experience a PLUS)
• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills
• Superior communication skills
• Reliability (show up on time and as scheduled in uniform ready to go)
• Team player ~ provide beverages to waitstaff with good attitude
• Wine knowledge a plus
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and major holidays (except Thanksgiving. Carson’s is closed that day)
• ServSafe and BASSET certifications current or renewed
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

Skills

• Understanding of good hygiene and food safety rules
• Physical ability with stamina to stand and move quickly and efficiently during high volume times
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
• Good oral communication skills with happy demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
• Openminded to implementing and learning Carson’s proper steps of service
• Politely serve customers by anticipating needs, initiating conversation, offering assistance and recommendations

• Check identification to ensure customers meet minimum age requirements for consuming alcoholic beverages.
• Responsibly serve customers alcohol according to safe serve
• Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons and follow Carson’s custom cocktail recipes and learn dining menu
• Serve wine, draught, and bottled beer.
• Accurately and Honestly enter orders into POS, collects money and return change for drinks/food served. Accurately reports tips.
• Maintain a neat and clean bar area on a continual basis.
• SHOW UP TO WORK ON TIME AND HAVE A GOOD POSITIVE ATTITUDE

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per week
