Barista Position Overview

• Passionate about coffee and providing all guests with the best possible experience.
• Determine customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge.
• Thoughtful and be able to anticipate our guests’ needs.
• Provide consistent quality in the preparation of cold/hot drinks and brewing of coffee and tea.
• Efficiently and safely using food preparation tools.
• Maintain a prepared and sanitary workstation.
• Adhere to food safety standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout front-of-house
• Café cleaning duties (washing dishes, bussing, sweeping, mopping, etc.).
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
• Shift: Prospects should be able to work mornings, weekends and holidays.
