Job description
We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. A successful candidate will have experience managing a team and the ability to multi task effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to concerns and problems of customers and employees.
- Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
- Use interpersonal skills to resolve conflict between employees, or between customers and employees.
- Establish and enforce rules and regulations for the front of house and back of house staffs.
- Prepare all food orders for immediate service.
- Run the point of sale system for the cash registers and credit card processing system (more than one system).
