Qualifications:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows all safety procedures and policies.
- Be able to read blueprints.
- Achieve, maintain, and establish productivity levels.
- Zero defect quality mentality.
Responsibilities:
- Independent set up of CNC Twin Spindle Bar Feed Lathes, once trained if needed.
- Be accurate and proficient with gaging.
- Perform inspections of machined products including documentation of results.
- Detect and report defective materials.
- Complete all 1st piece inspection requirements.
- Familiar with ISO standards and follow all standards and procedures.
- Ability to efficiently and independently set-up/operate multiple machines.
