Position Summary:

The PBWM Ops Spec I is responsible for reviewing client information and documentation for new account openings, closings and account maintenance ensuring proper control and privacy of client information. The specialist will review and update information on the deposit system in compliance with the USA Patriot Act and other applicable federal regulations, state laws and internal policies and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reviews account documentation for completeness and accuracy and tracks exceptions
• Scanning and indexing documentation to bank’s record retention system
• Daily report review
• Identifies and escalates non-routine issues and exceptions to management
• Perform account and client maintenance in core system and CRM system
• Performs research in response to inquiries from our business partners and clients
• Assist with other duties within the group as necessary

Qualifications:

• 2 years of banking experience, preferably in a retail setting- BA/BS

a plus

• Ability to learn and use a variety of systems and technology.
• Ability to multi-task as required
• Ability to ensure Regulatory compliance with Federal and State laws
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Polished written and oral communication skills
• Excellent client service skills
• Must be able to perform in a high volume environment while

maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Knowledge of banking products and workflows
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Works well in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills

Quals--
Person needs to be based in west coast.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
