Summary

Full-time, year-round

A Baker is responsible for working in our kitchen and preparing products based on demand in the store.
He/she will be responsible for producing a wide range of products to include pastries, pies, donuts, and
much more. The baker should be very knowledgeable in all aspects of running a kitchen and using
kitchen equipment. This role reports directly to the bakery manager.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the outside elements, and seasonally long hours including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to lift up-to 42 pounds and carry at least 250 feet.
• Must be able to enter and exit farm machinery and vehicles safely.
• Ability to recognize potential safety hazards and respond appropriately to ensure safety of guests and co-workers.

Key Results Area

• Key Results Area #1 – Production
• Freeze/preserve fruit to use when it is not harvest time
• Maintain a recipe book
• Regularly maintain production goals
• Keep working area and supplies clean and tidy
• Be on-site during event days to ensure top quality items and their availability. This include working weekends when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
