Job description

Goguette Bread, an artisanal French bakery in Santa Rosa, is looking for an individual with passion and experience as a baker to join our growing team. We are a small family run atelier, respecting the ancient bread making techniques using only levain (sourdough) for all of our products. The bakery to us is not just a place to work, but an extension of who we are as a group. This job is ideal for someone who is highly disciplined, efficient, self-motivated, open minded, interested in working with others, curious about the science of fermentation and an artist at heart with skilled hands.

Our boulangerie’s days and hours of operation make for a great work and life balance that is unique in this field. We value our “family” ambiance, and believe in creating long term relationships. We provide organic meals & snacks based to all of our employees as well as paid yearly vacation during winter holidays. Retirement plan offered. The qualified candidate will:

. must have a minimum of 1 year bakery production experience
. be a team player
. be a problem solver
. be curious
. want to make bread baking a career
. be able to lift 50 pounds

This position is flexible enough to be either part-time or full-time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 - $21.20 per hour
