Crumbl Cookies is the fastest growing cookie chain in the US and we are looking for energetic individuals to join our crew.

This position is for individuals 16 years of age or older

We are looking for individuals to fill our evening shift. Evening shifts will go until 11:30pm Monday - Thursday and until 1:30am Friday - Saturday.

The Baker role will be mainly responsible for the production of our amazing cookies! No prior baker experience is necessary; however, it is a plus! If you enjoy baking, have a positive attitude, are a team player and want to go home from work smelling like fresh-baked cookies, this job is for you!

Baker Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Has a genuine desire to serve others and provide an unforgettable experience to each individual who walks through the door.
• OPERATIONS: Operating various kitchen equipment: oven, mixer, etc.
• PRODUCTION: Making dough, balling dough, baking, frosting and decorating cookies.
• ORGANIZATION: Maintaining proper storage of ingredients, packaging, and utensils.
• CLEANING: Maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
• POSITIVE ATTITUDE: Have a positive attitude and demeanor that aligns with our Crumbl Culture
• HAVE FUN: Willing to have fun and work in a hot, fast-paced, and crowded environment while serving up the world’s best cookies!

Job Qualifications

• FOOD HANDLER’S PERMIT: PA state Certified Food Handler’s Permit required; if candidate does not have permit, they will need to get one before their first day.

• Starting base pay of $10.00 / hour + TIPS (we guarantee a minimum of $3/hr in tips)
