  • Developing new code for micro-services in a distributed, elastic, environment.
  • Working to convert existing code to interoperate with the new structures.
  • Breaking complex systems down into simple services for simulation and modeling of scenarios.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to leverage feature development across projects.
  • Actively participate in all agile sprint ceremonies.
  • Demonstrate your developments to customers.
Qualifications:
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 3 – 12 years of professional development experience or master’s degree in a STEM field with 1 – 10 years of professional development experience.
  • Proven experience in an agile environment.
  • Agile software development experience, with the ability to develop products both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work across disciplines.
  • Ability to give and take feedback.
  • Self-start, follow-through, complete projects from start to finish.
  • Possess or be willing to be processed for a U.S. Government security clearance at the TS level. Possibility for upgrade to TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Nice to have:
  • Space domain experience.
  • Experience using both Scrum and Kanban.
  • Java: 3 years’ experience (preferred).
  • Python: 3 years’ experience (preferred).
  • TypeScript: 3 years’ experience (preferred).
  • Experience with Simulation software is preferred.
Target salary range: $75,000 - $190,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
